Limousine Rentals are rated by the number of passengers they are allowed to hold. Sedans hold (2-3 passengers), Black Luxury SUV limo (up to 6 passengers), Sedan Stretch limousines (up to 10 passengers), SUV’s (up to 7 passengers), Luxury & Limo Mercedes Sprinter (up to 14 passengers) and super stretch SUV’s (up to 14 passengers), Party Limo Buses ( up to 50 Passengers ) For the best comfort for your event you should subtract 2 from the above numbers (except for sedans). If you are booking airport transportation, please be aware of the size and amount of luggage your party has; if you have 8 people going to the airport with a lot of luggage you would want to consider using the 14 passenger SUV or our 14 passenger van for the most comfort.

For established accounts in good standing, the trip will be charged once it is complete. If your trip requires a deposit, i.e. proms, weddings, special events, the deposit will be charged the day you book your trip. If you would like to pay by check we still need a credit card number to hold your reservation. All personal check payments must be received 10 days prior to your event. Please contact us for information regarding the establishment of a new corporate account. You will need to provide details such as the date, time, location, and type of service requested.

Standard gratuity is between 15% and 20% of your trip, about what you would pay at a restaurant. For most trips we do not dictate gratuity except in the case of a wedding or prom where there is a required minimum for gratuity. You can either pay your chauffeur cash or we can add the gratuity to your credit card after the trip is completed.

No. Deposits on a limo service rental are not refundable. When you rent a stretched limo, suv limo or a limo bus, we put that vehicle on hold for you and do not book it for other clients. The only exception is for sedans which are usually booked a few days in advance. If you cancel a sedan booking three hours or more before scheduled pick-up, your deposit is refunded. Limo service , Airport Transfers cancellations made less than three hours before the limo booking are not refundable.
